PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

WEEK 19

- Complete your final project, tracking your progress:

what is the deadline? How much time do I have left?

The presentation is on Wednesday in the second turn.

I have more or less 10 days to finish all.

what tasks have been completed, and what tasks remain?

I have almost all my boards design in Eagle, I have to mill and cut the boards and solder the components to test them.

I have to finish drawing my project part in Rhino.

I have made press fit test and I have already the right measure.

I have design in 3D the pulleys and chain I have to print them.

In general terms I've been working in every part but now I have to put all together to do the mecanical test and programation.

      what has worked? what hasn't?

The press fit test has worked. All the pieces come together without problems.

I tested the stepper motor but I have to correct the programming, and also I haven't succeed in making the Hall effect sensor work.

what questions need to be resolved?

How will I hang the s-mirror?

How will the light holder move without messing up all the cables inside?

      what will happen when?

I think if I get to have enough time before the deadline I could change some parts to make them better.

I have to design accesories to hide the sensors and cables.

      what have you learned?

First to be patiente and work continously in my project.

I've been practising more in Rhino.

Now I know how to program a stepper motor
