The following picture is the main window of Eagle.

You can download Fab.lbr here.

Copy Fab.lbr to the lbr subdirectory under the Eagle installation directory.

In the new schematic, execute add command , select frames -> A4L-LOC frame.

Press Grid icon, set Grid opitions.

The schematic design window shows blow.

Add Fab.lbr component library.

Add components to the schematic according to the following picture which provides the tutorial.

Execute add command, first add the main processor and then different components from fab library to schematic.

In the schematic, I use crystal instead of resonator, and the circuit is a little different from the example schematic file.

Use Move command to move each individual component to the right position.

Use Route command to route each trace. The wire will trun red as you route it into place. Route all the traces,and the board looks like the diagram below.

Then top menu file -> export -> image, export as a png , I set the dpi to 2000.

I use photoshop modify the png file into two files: the router file and the frame file . You can download it.

Unfortunately, the gaps between three routes are too small, they connected together.So I have to use cutter to seperated them.
