    What have I learned?
    The learning experience of Fab Academy and the making of my final project has made a big impact on me. Before Fab Academy I had some experience in 2D and 3D design, laser cutting, CNC milling, vinyl cutting and 3D printing as a Fab Lab manager. Participating improved that skills and also gave me confident working with electronics, designing circuit boards and how to solder them. I also learned a lot about programming but I have to admit it was the hardest thing and no way I can master it in six month. The molding and casting part with composites was also very interesting and I learn things that I can pass on to my Fab Lab users. Fab Academy has given me a confident to be a better Fab Lab manager and has been amazing journey of discovery.

    I want to thank everyone that gave me good advice and guided me on the way. I specially want to thank Bas Withagen my Fab Academy instructor...dude you will be president of Holland someday!

    After Fab Academy I will indeed use the knowledge and run workshops and other maker events to share what I have learned. Until then "TAKK FYRIR MIG".
