Invention

The 3D Zoetrope that me and Juliana Henno are developing as a final project is innovative in the sense that it works as a tool for teaching concepts of animation to people of all ages. It was developed having in mind the viability to replicate this device in any FabLab. It’s also innovative the fact that this project also integrate the fact that anyone could participate uploading 3D models to be placed upon the platform (taking into account some guidelines).

Income

The 3D Zoetrope will be further developed within the activities that I held in the municipality of Guarulhos in a project named “Fab Social”. This project FabSocial is a associated to the city council of Guarulhos and is a digital inclusion project. The 3D Zoetrope will be part of a workshop that I intend to make together with Juliana Henno and specialists in the area of animation in order to bring into discussion themes related to art and technology in public schools.
