    ● Time Management
    ● Spiral Development
    ● System Integration

Completed Tasks and those that remaining

Alot of work was completed ehich can be rated at about 90%. These include; changing the base of the machine from the carboard material to the wooden cutting. This was neatly machined using the CNC machine. Other parts completed well are the rotating amr where I replaced parts with 3D Printed ones.

The remaining but very important part is the Electronic functionality. Here, I have done board very well, tested and programmed however, it still shows problems in running the motors

What has worked and what didnt

As mentioned earlier, the mechanical parts worked well. Event the rotating arm which needed support to counter-balance the wait now became stable when I changed the design and now it is the table that rotates but the camera hilding arm only moves the camera up and down. For Electronics, am still tweaking

What questions need to be resolved

How best to make the motor drivers ran the motors without alot of struggles?

What will hapen, when?

    Designing
    Completion of Mechanical building
Completion of Electrinic parts (producing PCB, soldering and programming)
    Assembling of all parts
    Testing whole unit
    Mounting of scanner
Testing of the image processing software
    Licensing process

What have you learnt?

I got a chance to learn more about bulding a PCB; Schematic designing, layout, components, soldering and programming
I also learnt alot from the challenges related to mechanical design and building
Time management by itself was a lesson too

Documentation during development

This would be the best thing so far to do, however, from time to time, I found myself burried in the work that even taking images could always come last. Documentation as you work is the best way to go. It would however save me from creating bucklog and late documentation is also so prone to errors.

Demand vs Supply side

This was really tricky. This ranges from inventory to limited time. Getting some of the things I needed to use was a challenge many times and this affected my time management.

Time Management

This was not done so well following the challenges narated above. This made me miss my sleep for a number of days towards the end of the deadline.

Spiral Development

System Integration
