Final Project Intention

This is the evolution of my first idea. Instead of having a construction kit of furniture in the scale 1, I'll make a small construction kit in the LEGO scale.



Once the user finish to design his furniture, the model is recognize so it generate a 3D model and the files to laser cut and 3D print each parts. I plan to do that using different resistors inside each parts and connect all of them into an arduino, so depending on the intensity of the courant, I could know wich part are in the build-up (wich is no more than a circuit).



The scale can then be defined by the user, the material and the color as well, then it's send to a digital fabrication process.



Finally the furniture design with a small construction kit became real.



I'm thinking of putting a different resistor in each pieces and plug in one to the other so they can be recognize by analyzing the voltage that go threw it.
