Scale 1 / Electronic Scale

I defined the different part I will have in my construction kit. In the "scale 1" I defined the shape of the different part, and in the "Electronic Scale" I defined the way they are going to combine one with the other in the small construction kit.



This is all about 2 size of panel and 2 height of batten, all related by joints. I will have 3 horizontal joints that can respectively connect 1, 2 or 4 pannel and 3 vertical joint that do the same. They all have a hole on top and one on the bottom so they can connect a batten down and a batten up.



This way the construction kit have the soul of each furniture, wich is horizontal and vertical pannel up to the ground. The connection in the scale one will use the softness of the wood to stuck it into the joint.



After defining the basic function of each pieces by drawing a first idea of what it could be, I starded to think about a better shape that use less material and have a better look.
