Chip load: ~ 0.001-0.010" = feed rate (inches per minute) / (RPM x number of flutes)
Cut depth: ~ tool diameter
Step-over: ~ tool diameter/2
Describe my design on the paper.
Use the AutoCAD and CorelDRAW X4 to make the Design.
Test and make a small one.
Select the material and tool.
Set the parameter and figure the path.we can import the file into the type3 and get into the CAM modules. if you have added the tool, you can creat the path and set the 2D cutting parameters about cut depth and step-over. And then you can sumulate the path and export gcode file.
Adjusting Tool and set the origin point.
Load the file and Start cutting.You should polish your cutting part when you finished your cutting.It is very important for finished your work later.
.Select the tool on base of the material or you will damage the cutting tool or burn the material.
.Adjust the proper speed and feeds or you will damage the cutting tool.
