About Me

Byte-Sized Bio:

Hi , I'm Prashant from India. I like to think of awesome ideas, and build as well. My research interests are quite varied and far at times, and I am usually found mashing up those disciplines- sensors, magic, lights, fashion, engineering, aesthetics, glitch art, music, cultures etc. As an independent inventor early on, I used to cook-up ideas in my head, then go out figure whatever tools/means required to build them- they not necessarily looked pretty. I picked up design/aesthetics through travel and working .

Now:

Now I co-led the Vigyan Ashram Fab Lab India Initiative form several months, where I worked on developing bionic hand in India. The initiative focuses to setup capabilities in India such that Myo-electric hands in the price bands of Rs 10,000 - Rs 30,000 are available for fitting to the victims

The path humanity follows needs to be pivoted for the better and I wish to spend my time working towards setting up the pivoted pathways.
