Week Eighteen: Invention, intellectual property, and income
I would like to share my work, code and invention with anyone in any form. This project will follow MIT licence in accordance with its rule in any regard. The materials and sources by which this project develops are primarily based on open-source machine and softwares. I think my project also fit into Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. However, I still decide to use MIT license, because it sounds cooler. MIT license appearantly is more widely accepted because of it's accessibility. It allows opensource utility without much constraint. These are all MIT license's advantages.
Here is my business plan for my project. Although it is much likely an entertaining toy, I think the concept of it is crucial and will definitely ground its future success. I plan to set the price of using my design based on my story and concept at 1 dollars for each manufactured gun-zombie. My plan is to publicize this digital fabricated design based on my story, and the sales goal for the first year is 1000 use with a net income of 1000 US Dollars. Of course, this does not count the cost I payed to Fab Academy regarding my tuition.
