For this week's assignment we are supposed to state our plans for the future of our final projects and the dissemination of our findings.
- The idea of machines making machines and eventually Fablabs replicating themselves is absolutely fascinating. I think this can really make a huge difference in the world of digital fabrication and rapid prototyping.
- All of this can only be possible because of the contributions of makers and people of the Fablabs community. Releasing projects as open source is a great way of development because people don't just use them, they add to them, modify to them and make them better.
- That's why I plan to release my project as an open source project for interested people to be able to replicate it. I think of this as a small contribution towards achieving Fablabs making Fablabs and also a way of giving a payback to the Community and those who helped me make it posiible
- I am also considering further Improving the machine and maybe eventually making a kit out of it not to just to make money out of it but to make it reachable for more people.
