What will it do?
I will build a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) for marine monitoring and inspection of some environmental parameters.
Who has done what beforehand?
There are many commercial ROVs which are very expensive. There is also the project OpenROV but my proposal is to build a cheaper ROV.
