About

I'm an industrial engineer who has been working at fabLAB Asturias since may 2013. Since then I've participated in more than 25 artistic residency projects. I've also been teaching programming to kids using Scratch and Arduino. Also taught some workshops on Arduino, planes and quadcopters and introduction to 3D modeling.

Then why FabAcademy now? I'm looking to do different things of what I usually make at the fabLAB. For example, my first idea for the final project includes working with textiles and wearable electronics, something I've been interested to do but never found the time.

Notice: march is beign a rough month for fabLAB Asturias, as the continuity of David and I as workers at laboral it's at stake. That's why I didn't update the web for the the past weeks as I thought I wouldn't be able to do it this year, and probably we won't keep working at the fabLAB as for 1st of april. I'm going to take the break to catch up with machining and embebed electronics, but I'm not sure if I would be able to access the fabLAB.

As for 1st of april, David, my instructor and I are out of the fabLAB and there is a lot of uncertainty about the future of the fabLAB. I will try to access this week with David to continue working with the tools.
