That Was Intense!

After testing on 9mm MDF I decided that the best parameter for my desing was using 60% power and speed 10, for conner power i used 45%, that generate a kerf of .15mm on this settings

Our Machine is a chinese cnc lazer its the "G-Weike 1390". To operate the machine you have to turn on the chiller firts, then turn on the machine, open the "Laser Cut CNC Software" go to Add>select you file. After loading your file you have to select the power and speed acording to the machine limits In my case i used Speed 10 and 60% power with 45% corner power.

After all this you have to set the Z Height to make sure that the focal point is correct using this guide

For my desing, using the 9mm MDF, the kerf was .15mm on 60% power

Make a Possible Final Project and Making Something on the laser cutter

I decided to cut an sticker to my backpack, with already has a ton of stickes on it.

everey new experience i have i try to put a sticker on my backpack to represent it, new contries i have visited or new goals i have accomplished.

Making a sticker was a lot easier than making a dog bowl raiser, it only took 20 minutes to draw, i used an image and the comand "trace bitMap" > "Logo" when i finished that i took the .eps file to the Rolland vinyl cutter to cut.

To make my sticker I used 110 GF as my cutting force

I also desing a sticker for my car. The sport versions for the Fiat cars are the "Abarth" version, just like M for Bmw or AMG for Mercedes.

My idea was to make the Abarth Badge to disguise my car as a Abarth version (We don't have Fiat Bravo Abarth in Barsil as my defence). Here are the results:

In order to obtain the 3 color configuration you see here, I had to cut the 3 objects separately and aling them manually in to the white piece of non stick paper and then add the transfer

It's important to remember to remove any oil or any other residue from the surface before apllying, I have used Isopropilc Alcahol and a clean cloth for this task
