Paper Cube

This week,I try to use Fusion 360 to design a paper cube
The paper cube is press-fit kit,you can change the parameter to fit different paper.

Set Parameters

Draw Construction at the face of XZ

Draw the trace and mirror


Draw the trace at the face of YZ

Extrude the plane

Copy the Object and put it toghter.

Choose the Sketch and “Save As DXF”.

Use Coreldraw to import the DXF file

Laser Cutting Setting

Use the Laser Cutter

Put it toghter

It work! But that’s too loose.
