ScrewBot

Screwbot is a dealer wich can pick a box from his slot in a frame and release the content outside.

Structure:

- one vertical frame to hold the X/Y axis movement
- one horizontal frame to hold the Z axis movement
- one servomotor to let the box bend forward
- one frame in wich boxes are stored

How it works:

- a plate moves on X/Y axis and position itself in front of the selected slot
- the Z axis moves towards the plate and stops
- the plate hooks the box in its fissures and it goes up a little
- the Z axis go back
- the X-Y move the box on the top
- the servo bends the box, letting the content fall
- the servo bends back the box and X-Y goes back to origin

Electronics

- 3 nema 17 stepper motors
- 1 servo motor
- 1 Arduino Duemilanove
- 1 CNC shield with stepper motor drivers
- 1 External 12V DC power supply
