Conputer Controled machining

In my final project, I want to use rotating wheels.
So this time, I try to make wheels and axis with dropping things funtion.

I made this moving box with Rhinoceros.
I will use 12mm thickness plywood.

I have to fix wheels to axis, but there is some problem.
If I use only flat wood parts, it is hard to fix them at proper position.

So I made additional parts by 3D printer.
It is pointed shape for avoid idle rotating,
and have little hole for sticking to axis by nail.

Finally, it goes well!

Generate Vector Data
Fix vector data for cutting with V-Carve Pro
-> Create Dog-Bone fillet
-> Set How deep to cut / engrave
Export sbp file
Put material
Set XYZ origin
Run a drilling path
Bis Beating
Run a Cutting path

Before make something big, you should cut a test file.
I check hole diameter to get proper size.
