Introduction

In the Mechanical Design, we apply a modular machine configuration. The principal is the join of motors, drivers and all components in the head of the machine white propose to adapted this part of any structure and you can change the size of the machine.
In the project we collaborate on different application, my part is the design of the pieces and the mechanical design.

Concept

We take the problem of the size of different machines and we work in this area.
In the design, we make a brainstorming and all collaborate whit the problems and the solutions of the project.






Modeling

Solidworks

I use Solidworks for the 3D modeling. In this program, I can make all the pieces and then you can do an assembly simulation.
In this first part, I modeling a motor and the pieces that which will contain the motors and act as support of the guides.






Printing

In this part, I use meshmixer for join two pieces for the printer and calibrate the machine to print.
