My final project is a bench to make me more productive by giving me some
handy tools that will help me finish my work and project faster.

what i have in mind is:
1) power supply with multiple channels for fast prototyping.
2) a Short circuit Tester.
3) and a simple Security system for little devils like my sister's little daughter.

This was my basic vision of how it will look

i had an Idea for an adjustable Height mechanism but i thought it will be alot of things going around in the project and it wouldn't be that effective. Simple but effective, better than complicated & useless.

Main Modules, Fabrication Methods and skills:

1. Computer Controlled Machining: i learned to make a 3D Model and machine it using large format machining for The main body of the desk.

2. Electronics Production: i used the assignment week to make an input and output board for my project which are used together as a short-circuit tester.

3. Electronics Design: i used the assignment week to make the design for the short circuit tester which simply acts as a push button but without the actual mechanical button.

4. Embedded programming: it took me alot of time but i learned to program the ATtiny using an ISP programmer and used that knowledge in my final project.

5.3D printing(work in progress): finished a design for motor holder and lock mechanism for the drower that can be 3D printed.

Future plans:

Making survays on what are the best features for makers to add, working on the variable power supply for faster testing and prototyping and finally working on various for a better overall look.
