Who Am I?
My name is Felicity mecha. I am an Electrical Engineer specialised in Telecommunications. I come form a small town in western kenya. I graduated in the year 2013 from Moi University in Eldoret. I am an entrepreneur, a maker, a tech enthusiast. I enjoy tinkering and making different things. My journey with fabrication started in Fablab Nairobi where i was involved in the maker MNCH project for fabricating machines for the new born unit in Kenyatta National Hospital in Nairobi in the year 2014.Since then i have been constantly growing my knowledge in digital fabrication and product design. I was inspired to take the Fab Academy class after managing a new and upcoming Fablab called Fablab Kivuli for the better part of the year 2016. I seek to further my expertise in Digital Fabrication so that can incorporate custom made products in my business model.
SearchI am usually a participant in various makerspaces in Kenya. from Fablab Nairobi, Fablab Kivuli and Gearbox. Here I fabricate different products.
I offer IT solutions and repair electronics. I will in future incorporate my products made using the Digital fabrication tools
