ATTEMPTS

The first attempt was in a 3D printer.

To know thw volume I put water in the mold and then read the data of the silicone.

That to understand the proportion between silicon and catalyst.

This is de vacuum pump and is very useful to remove the bubbles.

In this attempt I Just made the mold from silicon.






CASTING WAX

Before to mill the mold, we made the bricks of wax.

The fusion point of the wax is 100ºC and to cool it, we preheat the oven in that temperature and let it gradually lose temperature, This is the way to no break it.

I made the mold with silicon available to made food, for that reason is pink. The proportion of this material is 100 by 10 of catalyz. Then I made the silicon to cats the Model.
