Hello, everyone!

Let's start this assignment!

In this assignment, I have:

1. To do smth BIG;
2. To mill smth for final project.

First, about something big.

The task is to use only one sheet of plywood. But I thought "if we could do something big", we would have done it all on a huge scale"! And made the biggest object I have ever done.

From the project "solar yacht" we have 4 large solar panels. And the task was to attach them. Hence the "Solar gazebo" was born.

Below you can see about creating it!

First, about the equipment.

There is a FlexiCAM S2 in Fab Lab:

It was decided to make an asymmetrical design with an offset center of gravity.

Andrew Zavjalov helped me with the connection method! He is a unique Housemaker (unfortunately only russian-language website).

Final Assembly:

For milling I've used ArtCAM. But Photo of but photos of this process and milling isn't saved, so then comes the Assembly process:

With the help of several rubber hammers and profanity, we put together all her slots! Look! it!

I personally loaded my phone from those batteries!
