ABOUT ME
explain your individual contribution to this project my contribution in this project was to design and build the nodes that will let us control the motors in the machine. For this task i have to make one master board that will connect to the computer via serial communication and the 3 nodes that will drive the stepper motors, one motor for each axis. the master board will also have 6 digital inputs to connect switches that will sense the limit of each axis and stop the motors. all the boards will be connected by I2C communication and the nodes will have 2 half bridge drivers to move the stepper motor. the nodes will have screws to connect the power, the nodes will use 5vdc for control and 12 vdc for power the motors. as usual i will use eagle software for the boards design, the modela milling for the electronics production, arduino ide for the codes loaded in each board and the USBasp v2 programmer to write the code in the boards. you can review the previous weeks assignments clicking in each link below here i will show you the image files to make the nodes
