Week 19

Project Development

In this week I have to document the track of development of project and the progresses,remaining things to complete etc.

Firstly I planned the development and completing of project, and it is already explained in the week 17.

As per the project and its implementing, following things are to be considered:

Availability of items,components,Tools and resources, Proper working condition of machines,Programing and developing design and Making the mechanical stuffs,Assembling and Final testing.

Main learing Outcomes which I could get from this project and its implimentation will be beneficial to me.

Firstly I made a plan and then I can keep this plan there by implementing it as per the plan.

As my project is a good concept and presently there is no product in the market. As I explained earlierThe project is an inflatable coin bank, which increase in size the more you insert coins in. A value would be attached to the bank opening door so that it deflates the bank when its opened.

This will be a good as a product for peoples and as well as for Kids.Which can create a saving mentality in them through a funny thing.

I can finfd the resources and Also schedule the work as per the availability of resources and components.

Some of the components may not be available locally .Especially being a small country which is also a consumer based nation.

Main things I have to consider

· What is the dead line?How much time I have left?

· What tasks have been completed,and what tasks remain?

· How will I complete theremaining tasks in time?

· What has worked?

· What hasn’t?

· What questions still ned to be resolved?

I have already planned the idea of completing the project as:-

1- Electronic design and production 2 Days (07/06/2017)

2- Programming and Testing of sensors.

3- 3D design and printing 2 days(11/06/2017)

4- Assembling ,fixing and Improvements 1 Day max (13/06/2017)

But as per the Information which we have received,Our presentation will be on 16 th. So I should complete the things before that.Even Friday is public holiday in kuwait,we should present on that day .So completing all these things before it will be a good effort.

I already completed the Electronic design and the Programming part earlier than I expected.

Since I am using the same board which I used in Input week helped me to get extra time..

The 3D designing will be a problem .As I checked, I have to design many things for me. The valve,T shape connector and the container box etc.

Iyou can see the details which I documented in final project documentation.

I am thinking about new application for 3D design so that I could get more exposure in designing applications.

But the problem was I was unable to utilise the complete 2 days of 3D designing which I planned.It was due to some personal things.

So it took more than 3 days to finish these designs and there by my next thing (Assembling and testing got delya.

As the 3D designs neeed to print and this could take the time.I have to prit some parts may be twice to achieve complete level what I am expecting.

So by considering these things I have to neglet some rest and relaxing time from my routine to achieve this.

I have to find extra time from this. Especially I should find much time for the documentation as welll

As there is a requirement of poster and as well as the Presentation I need to find the time for that aswell. A big question remaining is even after doing these things and completing,Will my project will be a successful prototype or not.

By the grace of almighty,I have a confident that I could achieve this .
