GPL

The generic Public License is a kind of license which is free and permits to modify whatever is licensing, however it has copyeft, this means that anyone that make use of a creation that has this license it is forced to reveal what he or she is doing. So there is no monetary remunaration for the author of a creation with this license

BSD

The Berkeley Software Distribution license, is a permisive free software license. This means, that it permits to any user to modify, distribute or sell any derivate work without copyleft or mention to the author. This kind of license does not provide monetary remuneration and does no protect the author

Creative Commons

The are many Creative Common Licenses and each of this licenses can have different restrictions. The restriction of this license is determined by four conditions, which are:

- Attribution: This condition is common to every creative common license, it means that anyone who uses a creation that has a license with this condition has to mention the author.

- Share-alike : This means that, any derivate work must have the same license as the original creation.

- Non-commercial: This condition does not permit others to sell any derivate work.

- No derivate work: This condition does not permit others to to do any derivate work.

Choosing a License
Our works are all available to the public without any license by now. So if had to choose any of this licenses I would definetily choose a creative common license for protecting my works. By now, I can not have any monetary retribution for any of this works; however, it is possible that I get a monetary retribution on derivate works. So between the available creative common license options, I would choose a license with the conditions of Attribution, Non commercial and Non derivate (CC-By-NC-ND).

I plan to continue developping this project, since my real objective is to make a prosthetic arm, but first I needed to make a robotic arm, since this lets me understand better how a prosthesis could work without caring too much about the weight of it. By now, this project it is just a base for a better understanding of bigger projects.
