1. First, I made some research about mini-drones and I found very interesting things about them. I familiarized with concepts that have to do with aerodynamics and tracking strategies. I enjoyed looking for the ultimate drones and their proposals.
2. I found a nice way to proceed by dividing all the components of my design into their smallest elements. It allowed me to develop a methodology to build, first, the fundamentals, and then continue with the details.
3. For rendering my model, I used KeyShot, I founded it very easy to use. I liked the variety of materials it has and the different sources of light it produces. I selected acrylic because i think it has to do with the concept of the project.
4. For this assignment I did not pay attention to the problems that have to do with electronics or mechanical issues. I am very new in all this process, so my goal was to be able to design and model, to make good renders and to get to know the programs.
5. Now that I feel more comfortable with SketchUp and Keyshot, is time to experiment with Rhino.
