in this assignment i finished all the electronic design because the mechanical design was created for my partner in the Fab Academy Guillo Guerra. if you want to read about the 0 CNC visit the page.
In this assignment I mechanized mi Shield to get together my Arduino mega with CNC Shield Arduino Uno.
I connected and made proves controlling the CNC with my computer.
You can find all the information of this shield in the before assignment.
I connected the pins on my design and join it with the CNC shield and the Arduino mega.
On my design I had a problem, I cut a line, you can see the next image, I do not take in count it, but I connect it with a wire.
Then I made a prove. see the next video.
2)Explained problems and how you fixed them
Gestalt
I mechanized the gestalt node, we are waiting the gestalt node, but we are trying to do the gestalt node. I had problems with some traces, but we make a configuration on fabmodules.org you can see it on the picture.
the milling did not cut a traces and I change the "tool diameter" to 0.15
Also a trace got up and it break
