CONFIGURATION OF MODELA MACHINE

In this week the modela machine was used for the modeling of PCB

To make this a milling machine ROLAND MDX-20 mill(.rml) model, which has the following technical characteristics shown in the figure are used:


To use this machine 's manual of the equipment previously reviewed before performing the initial performance tests. The software in the general procedure was as follows:

1. Design the electronic card in eagle and export with PNG image
2. Open the linux terminal run as administrator and open the "fab".
3. Load PNG file and set isolation parameters.
4. Place the plate in the machine with double contact tape.
5. Adjust the speed and height of the cutter.
6. Finally click make.rml.

PROGRAMMING FABISP



Once this is done, we proceed to record the program in the microcontroller Attiny 44, for which the LINUX terminal is opened and proceed with the following commands: make clean, make hexadecimal and sudo make sudo make fuse program. The result is shown in the following figure where the success of this step is observed. So we have a microcontroller programmer. After programming the ISP do not forget remove the resistances shown in the figure.
