About Me

I work at the media computing group at RWTH Aachen University. I can often be found in the local FabLab in Aachen creating components and addons for my boardgaming hobby. I like the fact that a FabLab empowers consumers to create their own products and to augment the ones they already own. So everyone has the possibility to adapt everything to their own personal needs.

Name Your Bear

Thingiverse Page

The 3D model of this small bear gets generated based on the characters which you want to have on the name plate. So the size of it's features change based on the user input. The model is generated with an OpenScad code project. You can play around with it on the corresponding Thingiverse page. Currently I am trying to adjust the 3D Model such that it can be printed without support material.
