Conceptualization of the group to manufacture the 4 axis machine.

Perform the cutting tests with the 1.5 mm cardboard material.

I assembled and proved that reinforcements are best for determining distances.

I made part of the assembly to notice the difficulty that existed between slots
While the other members were performing the programming of the Gestal.
I performed the test to increase the strength of the carton and then add expanded Polyurethane. Expanded polyurethane pushes the carton too hard and causes it to deform, but increases stiffness.
We did not apply it because the goal was to use only cardboard
Final test, bear a load of one of the members. Approximately 70 kg
My contribution to the manufactured milling machine is to perform the tests on the carton with the variety of the thickness of the carton, then check the measurements by re-cutting and assembling the milling structure.
Teamwork makes ideas flow better as well as facilitating the distribution of activities to avoid repetition of these; where everyone's collaboration is required for the milling machine to work. See the Tecsup's team work
