What i have is almost one weeks ,7 days so I split the whole work into four part which will be like ,Design the press fit box and cut the CNC, Design , mill and solder Electronics boards, Assembly & Programming and vinyl cutting then debugging i need to accelerate my work to finish in time and be ready for expected or unexpected errors and mistakes.
I have the general idea arranged and I designed the press fit components of the box in onshape and since I ave practice similar work in the computer controlled machining week I am optimistic that it will be good, also I have done a servo motor in the output week and done a bluetooth connection in the Interface and Application Programming week so I hope everything will be fine with electronics since I am handy with milling and soldering, then I have to take care of the mechanical design for the Lock mechanism then the vinyl cutting and the acrylic laser cutting for the internal partitions. For the time being the process percentage as follows:
1- Design and cut the CNC wood 100%
2- Design , mill and solder Electronics boards 100%
3- Assembly & Programming and vinyl cutting 50%
4- Error fixes and finlysing 2 Day max 0%
I already made a scheduled in Applications and implications week and I will try my best to catch on with it and might try to do things in parallel and work in tasks simultaneously using Critical Path Method starting from providing the materials and components needed which is done and the design of the press-fit parts on onshape, the time is tight and I will work as hard as I can to stick with the scheduled activities.
I can say so far so good .. I designed the press-fit parts and machine cut it and try it out which worked fine, and I designed my microcontroller circuit board mill it and solder the components and checked the shorts and I am in the programming stage.
The bluetooth module is not connecting so I have to debug and try again and I hope I will figure out the problem and solve it or I might repeat the whole board.

Time management .. although I learned many things but the most important thing I learned is how to mange my time and work withing limited and tight time window and which activities can be done in parallel simultaneously and which activity must be accelerated since I have to work with several lab machines along with my colleges queuing on the machines and giving a time cushion because some machines are getting faulty and needs time to get fixed and hopefully finishing all the tasks in time.
