My name is Omar Dismuke II. I am a graphic designer with a background in architecture and digital media design. I recently joined the Fab Lab team at Incite Focus as the Marketing & Workforce Development Specialist. My passion has always been invoking positive change, solving problems and connecting people.
When I was presented with the opportunity to join as Incite Focus, I jumped at the opportunity. Despite embarrassingly not knowing what a "Fab Lab" was, I saw amazing potential. So I came on board with the intent to extend Incite Focus' marketing trajectory. There are so many talented visionaries among us who do not possess the necessary skills required to do what they truly love to do. Every artist needs their canvas and the Fab Lab at Incite Focus is the canvas. My goal is to re-strategize the marketing and branding in order to spread the word about the amazing things offered here at the Fab Lab.
In order to fully convey everything that Incite Focus has to offer, I enrolled in the Fab Academy. I realized that I cannot efficiently advocate for Incite Focus if I do not know what's all entailed. So I invite you to follow my journey as I embark on this adventure called "Fab Academy".
