Composite

I used the natural fiber and in that I use the wheat husK stick and first I put the thread on the dish and then I put the natural fible in this task shubham help me alot

After thread I put the natural fiber there and full dish is ready to composite

then I take the polyester resin and hardner its ratio is 1:2 I put that on the dish I tapping at all the side then I put the waterbag and the resine equally distributed arund the dish

I set this for 4 hr then it become hard .my final project dish is ready

because of irregular material the surface was not smooth so i do not use this dish for final project because the surface of solar concentrator we need smooth but in this cas e we get irregular shape at the middle part of dish

Composite other trial

I take the another trial I used jutt as my composite material and Iused it with polyester resine.In this case I just want to test that jutt is better or not rather than natural fiber thats why I take the ready made mould

This is mould and jutt I used it with resine

These are the material I had used in composite resine and hardner is in 1:2 ratio

then I used the jutte for this trial but this time my hardner I used more so the material is quikly become hard and we waste some resine

in this case i used 2 layaer of jute first i apply resine on dish then put on that jute then apply resine againe and for finishing i again apply resine .

after 3 hr i remove my composite from the mould and it become hard and good for future use

After this both trial i have good result with jute rather than wheat straw so i will use jute.

I want to make casing of electronics design and for that i made one box in laser cutter i.e in my computer controlled cutting assignment.I want to keep this box waterproof so i make the composite with fiberglass.so first i put the wax on the box then put the paper on it

then i will put it on one paper and then resin in this i take the ratio of 1;2 of resine and hardner it is also polyester resin

then i put the resine on the box and take the water bag and i put that bag on the box and i vibrate that bag then the resine will be equally distributed

after that one top portion is remaining at athat time i use the clamper and squeegie methode and finaly after 5 hr my box is ready i keep out the inner part of mdf and my box is only of fiberglass

first time I work on composite I priviously never handel the resine but now I know the ecxact praportion of my composit material
