CONCEPT


I decided to build an tracked robot. The features are:

  1. Remotely controlled wheels and camera.
  2. WiFi connectivity.
  3. desirable: autodriving./collision detection
  4. desirable: face recognition..

The sketch above, illustrate two concepts of the robot. The first concept, is with rubber wheels. The second concept is with tank treads.

I am particularly interested in building modular tank treads.

Tank treads will provide:

The robot will have a camera using an external module compatible with ATMEGA328..

A prototype is build with parametric design. The robot will be open and fabbable.
