Dissemination of my final project

For this week i did some researching on licenses and patents available for my final project

Before i started to dig into types of licenses available i wanted to sort out how i visioned the dissemination of my final project and be 100% clear what license would suit my project

My ideas

-Accessible to public

-The project is open source. I want people to be able to modify it

-My whole vision was to make a Fab Lab project that would encourage people to make similar things

-The project is not ment to bring me any income

License Selection

After searching for licenses online i found the one that matches my vison

I think it would suit my project to be licensed by Creative Commons

Information about Creative commons can be found here

I thought that it was ideal for my project to use the attribution license

On the creative commons website they write this about the license:

"This license lets others distribute, remix, tweak, and build upon your work, even commercially, as long as they credit you for the original creation. This is the most accommodating of licenses offered. Recommended for maximum dissemination and use of licensed materials"
