ABOUT ME

Hello
My name is Ola. I was born and raised in Warsaw, Poland.

I studied Industrial Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw
and I did my Masters degree in Design Products at the Royal College of Art in London.

Since 2014 I am working as a designer at in Denmark.
Aside from my full time job I run my own experimental studio in Vejle (so far more as a hobby - but soon will start developing my own projects full time as I am quitting LEGO job in May).
Last year I came across FAB LAB Spinderihallerne in Vejle where I live. Ana - the Fab Lab leader mentioned The Fab Academy to me and I decided to join. I loved the idea of learning completely new things, outside of my comfort zone.

My work often explores the idea of drawing in a playful way through three-dimensional language, storytelling, performance, and moving image. I work in a hands-on and experimental way, I explore different techniques and learn new technologies, play arround with materials, tell stories and try to think in unconventional ways, seeking for innovation and magic in every day life situations.
