The Concept:
I want To realize a trolley that have a little air bed inside and it's possible to inflate it with the movment of the handle. It's intended to people
who love camping, or for Homeless; or for people who miss the plane and remains in the airport.
The Simple concept of this project is:
My Fab trolley is a trolley with a air bed inside, and i want to insert it on the external surface of the trolley; it is inflated by an air pump that is the handle at the same time.
I use Rhinoceros for Design my trolley, and create the inside device that can inflate the air bed. My Intention is to build this trolley from scratch not hack an existing trolley!! Another possibility is to build an alternative of this project for adapt the air bed and
all functions on existing trolley. For the final project I want to build the FabTrolley in all it's parts. This is my design created with Rhinoceros:

Inside Structure
For my trolley i want to create atructure inside that give resistance and flexibility to the trolley. For do that I eant to create an internal panel usig the information
that i've learned during the compisites week. The material I want to use is a composite create with hemp shives and polyester resin. This composite is also used by Lotus, for build
"Lotus Elise Eco"
From their studies This composite result a very high resistance and light material.
For my panel I think to Design it with this slots, for give to the final piece hig resistance, like this kind of structure. Durig my regional review with Enrico Bassi, he reccomend me this structure, because it is use in many kind of structure like this:
I Design my Panel with Rhino, and I Think to cut it with Laser Cutter.
