My project
In my first week of the fabacdemy2016 ,my assignment is to conceive a final project and build a website which link to the archive of fabacademy2016, since I join in fablab, I have begun to think that how to used the waste material around us and how to used the tools to make something of my mind to deal with the problem in our daily life. So I began to conceive my final project with my image.
Our lab has been decorated, but indoor odour is emitted and the students always stay in the lab, in order to decrease the foul smell and reduce the damage of health, I conceive a project that is used a waste computer's components and the fablab's tool to make an air cleaner.
Air cleaner is a pretty mature product. The price is about 700-1000 yuan . You can buy it easily in everywhere, as well as online shop of Suning, TaoBao and Jingdong. This project is designed to advocate that anybody can use discarded devices and materials to make their requirements.
This project consists of five main modules: CPU, wireless control, power source, display, appearance. The materials includes PC case, two cooling fans,LCD,Bluetooth module,hepa filter etc. And the goal is to control the switch via Bluetooth module, and make the filter work well and the test result show on the display.
The whole project is divided into 6 steps: the conception, design, implementation, operation, test and summary.

In this process of fabrication, broad range of knowledge and includes Management/ Design / fabrication and so on. In my opinion, Project Management is the key of the whole fabrication. The project’s plan of fabrication could normal started and Implementation is very smooth, Must have reasonable Time Management . In this year, time is tight, but that is very interesting. It is very interesting to search answers when I have some problems because my instructor would instruct me how solve it in patience.So thanks instructors and FabAcademy for help.

1.Design
Designed a complete system for the project, includes ventilation channel / LCD display / controllable filtering speed and get the status of the filter with cellphone. Fabrication of ventilation channel by composite method.Some messages were displayed with LCD1602. Designed a simple logical circuits to archive controllable filtering speed .Use GSM module to communication with Micro controller.
2.Program
In this process of my final project, My program has been completed in the weekly assignment.I just need to adjust to make every components work.
3.Composite
Used Cardboard as material to make the mold via LaserCutter and used the wood as the surpport in order to prevent the deformation of mold.
Working with the Epoxy.Figure the Epoxy system. The mixture's scale of Epoxy and Hardener is (0.5-1):1. Put the mixture of Epoxy and hardener to stick on the mold's surface. And then put the small glass fiber to stick on the surface. In this process, I had to stick the mixture and fiber uniform distributed on the surface for kept the smooth surface.
