A lot was achieved- alot of work for the final project was done with cheaper materials first before going for acrylic or others to make sure no material goes waste, a lot of soldering was required and most importantly press fitting PCBs was a challenge and am happy to be able to do that too. The learning curve was very high in regards to the final project which gave more clarity into the problems that could be faced by the fabricators of the real expandable container especially the way the linkages interfere with each other. Things i learnt in this course and used in my final product: Vinyl Cutting 3D printing Laser Cutting CNC milling Moulding and casting PCB milling Soldering Programming It would have been great had i been able to incorporate Composites, Networking and an Interface in the final project. Nevertheless this was a lot of fun.
