Week 18 Invention, Intellectual Property, and Income

This week we are going to define intellectual property and the dissemination plan

Since the project is to make easier the organic fertilizer production and contribute with the small farmers and orchard owner, the reproduction and modification will be only to benefit their production; restricting all the comercial purposes for the .

I search about Creative Common Licenses and I decided that the license for my project will be Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike to let the people to reproduce it, modify it according to their needs and resources, but not to profit selling my project as is, or a modified one.

Bokashing is on it first stage being at this time a functional prototype that shows how it will work. At this step I hope, and I have began, to show the prototype explaining what is the proposal and the function to the public and get some feedback to consider in the implementations of the improvements.

Actually I've presented twice and I have received valuable comments from experts in wood and metal material for the construction of the body, and from an agricultural advisor for the expansion possibilities of the fields of acctions and applications of the project.

In the short term I am going to meet with Organic Agriculture Movement of El Salvador - MAOES (Movimiento de Agricultura Orgánico de El Salvador) authorities for the evaluation of the first results, since they were the ones who give the first insights and parametes. But later I will present it to others entities that could help to improve and introduce it to the real users and start testing and again, get feedback to continue improving it until get a final version of a low cost bokashi mixer machine.

And finally present to the press and as a paper to divulge the results and the impact that could make on the production of fertilizer and on the small agriculture as well.
