3d printer test
At first we thought to design our own tests, but we changed our minds after a quick research on thingiverse: with all those test already avaible it seemed a waste of time to reinvent the wheel
We chose several discrete tests instead of a single file containing every critical aspect of a design: this way we could analize which setting influences which feature of a print to a higher degree of granularity. Another advantage of singural tests is their shorter print speed, allowing us to perform multiple iterations in the same span of time it would have taken to print a single "multi test".
Bridging test
We started with bridges, aka the ability of a printer to print flat sections that spans any open area.
As a first test we chose to keep the default settings, with the exception of the "infill density", which was brought from 10% to 20%.
