My final proyect is about a robot with dinosour shape. This robot will have to run in one direction and stop in front of a object. To know about how it works, for this I looked the World Robot Olimpiad (WRO). Although this competition has several proofs I notice that the robots use a black line to lead a path.
Once you have developed the idea of how it will work, look for examples, especially of the components that you need and how they work. For this I found a page in Spanish that helped me to understand a little how these robots follow lines.

The next question I asked myself was: how many phototransistors I will need? for this I discovered a final proyecto of last Fabacademy, this proyect is Carlo Andrés Moreno Molina , I thin to pick this proyect like guide. and I will use 5 phototransistors to recognize the black line.
