About Me
I started off as an artist and writer who was moonlighting as a full-time product designer in India and South Korea. I have designed everything from and between water filters and mobile phones, worked across domains- from Innovation Consulting to US Patents industry. However, the question that I ask my self today, more than ever, is "Am I a maker?"
Sure, I am an engineer and an Industrial designer who has spent countless nights working on everything from SOLIDWORKS to woodworking, but that was 12 years ago. Now that I work for Dassault Systemes (Yes, the SOLIDWORKS Company) and am setting up and managing its 3DEXPERIENCE LAB Accelerator and Fab Lab, I need to rediscover the maker side of me. Until now, I had comfortably pushed it under the carpets of Corporate stints, Excel Sheets and my MBA. It's about time to locate my own bits and atoms
