Computer-Aided Designs.

Intro


The second week of the class we have learned about computer aided designs, so software programs that are available for us. I have installed different software like: Inkscape to be able to use the vinyl cutter and laser cutter, Gimp so I could edit my photos and is a free altirnative than photoshop, Autodesk Fusion 360 to 3D print my desings.

Assignment


The assignment this week was to model a possible final project using vector, 2D, 3D, or render.

I didn't do a final project design but I was working and doing tutorials using "AutoDesk Fusion 360". I decided that I wanted the limbs of my hand to be 3D printed, so getting a refresher on AutoDesk in good. In the image above it shows me playing around with different shapes and commands, I had fun using "Fusion".

This is a sketch I drew of my hand to give me an idea of how I could start designing the hand in Auto Desk. I was doing some research about how the muscles in your hand work and I was looking at my own hand and how it's able to grab on things.
