Electronics design sounds great but it is not my matter but I am very enthusiastic to learn how to design electronics components!
Introduction to EAGLE
The frist step is downloading the software EAGLE, but the way, in the FabAcademy tutorial you will find some extra information to make you own design.
1.- In the Eagle software you need to start a new project
2.- It is very important thay you upload the library with the FAB file
3.- The project that you will worn on, must be on "Schematic" mode
Working on EAGLE
In this chapter I started to put the components in the software then chage some properties and values
4.- Copy the elementes like the tutorial into the EAGLE
5.- Add the properties and values according to the tutorial
6.- Transform your design to a PCB diagram
PCB Diagram
This stage it is critical because it need to be all rigth for milling the PCB
7.- The module in EAGLE allows to put the components like a physical PCB
8.- Export you design into a PNG file
9.- Using GIMP to edit the PNG file
Preparing for milling machine
In this part you need to repeat some steps to create the milling files
10.- Using the FabModules to generate the RML file
11.- Calibrating and milling with the MOdela MDX-540
12.- Finishing the PCB!
Soldering the components
When you have done the PCB it is time to soldering the components, LED, resistences, etc.
13.- The components must be add one by one

FabLab Yachay
At the moment that I was taking the FabAcademy program, I was the FabManager in Yachay, so it is a very interesting experience. In year 2016 it is the first time that we are taking the FAB program so it is time to enjoy it!
