---Licence---
Licences are types of copyrights that provide guidance to people on how to use them. I'm summarising two that relates to me the most here.
CC BY-NC-SA 4.0
The Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International licenced resources from literary works, to videos, photos, audio, open education, scientific research and more. It provides huge convenience to anyone who's eager to create and has created a virtuous circle for developers and creaters.
Under the licence of Creative Commons, users are free to share (copy and redistribute the material in any mdeium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build uponthe material) the material and the licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as users follow the license terms. The terms are summarised as Attribution, NonComercial and ShareAlike. Users must give appropriate credit and indicate changes. The use of the material must not for commercial purpose. And if the material is altered or built upon, the second author must distribute his/her contributions under the same license as t he original.
Apache License, Version 2.0
This is a free software license that applied to both copyright license and patent license. It has done huge contribution to nonprofit organizations. The current version is compatible with version 3 of the GNU GPL incompatible with GPL version 2. As the license include certain patent termination and indemnification provisions. Users are granted freedom in reproducing and distributing copies of the work ofr derivative works as long as the following things come along with the work:
A copy of the work license granted to any other recipients of the work or derivative works; a prominent notice to be carried when files are modified; retainment of attribution notice from the source; a readable NOTICE file if included in the source file.
---Business Models---
The final product can be disseminated in two ways - households and franchisers.
The households would be a rather smaller segment of potential customers who have a particular taste towards tea and requires an uplifted private tea-brewing experience while not bothering making a decent one by themselves.
The franchisers would be stores or tea house which would provide tea lovers a unique and leveled experience of tea tasting. This is a much more economical channel to disseminate the tea brewer machine.
