First I used CNC router to make my mold.
It is one side mold and I am going to use vacuum forming to do this.
In some cases there is a lot of heat coming out while mixture of epoxy or resin on the mold.
To prevent melting foam mold I have applied heat resistance silicone.
It somehow looks like red velvet cake.
After silicone dry cut the materials to fit on the mold. It took 24hours to harden silicone.
Apply masking tape on the fiber glass to know where to cut easily and prevent tare off while cutting it.
And cut the conner of the fibers to wrapping around the mold.
Before pour epoxy on it cover with the plastic bag with mold release. It will not break while you taking off the harden part later.
Mix the epoxy. for us it was 1:2 catalist : main
Gently with the driller.
After mix the epoxy put the first layer first and pour right amount of epoxy on it and spread it.
Gently tap on the side to make it secure.
final layer.
After applying epoxy on the final layer you have to put plastic bag with many holes and mold release on it. It will help the epoxy not to bond with vacuum bag later.
Put another fabric on it and put it inside of the vacuum bag and turn on the vacuum cleaner to suck out all the air in it.
Suck more
After sucking, the fabrics are shaped along the shape of mold. beautiful
Only thing we have to do is wait 24 hours and now I am still waiting 2016.05.11 21:43
After 24hours pill off vacuum bag. It is easy to pill off thanks to the mold release.
Keep pilling off.

As I mentioned at the begening when fiber glass fully cured it turns transparent.
And I cut main frame and joinery for finishing my Brief case.
I use normal hinge for my brief case. Use M3 bolt and rubber nut so it cannot loosen while move here and there.
Look nice isn't it?
After finishing my Gimbal and it is surprisingly fit!
