For commercial purposes I should protect my work. The name Kantelematic could be protected by Trademark. The visual appearance could be protected by Design Right. The technology could be protected by Patent or Utility Model.

In the future, though, I could sell content to the Kantelematic in the form of original compositions. The most convenient way might be adding a bluetooth interface to the hardware, and sell compositions as Android software, which then communicates with the Kantelematic. The electronics board has a serial data interface, to which a bluetooth module can be connected. With a bluetooth module the Kantelematic can also be converted to a remotely played instrument.
