I used CAMM-1 SERVO GX-24 produced by Roland DG Corporation to do assignment of vinyl cutter.

I wanted to make a PC sticker. And I liked tron legacy which was a movie published by disney in 2010. So I tried to make a sticker like that.

First, I made a Sketch in Fusion 360. Fusino 360 is more useful than Adobe Illustrator for me to draw lines accurately because it can set length and angle of the model.
After drawing sketch, "Save as DXF" to open it with Adobe Illustrator.
Open data in Adobe illustrator and send data to vinyl cutter.

As a result, the width is a little bolder than I thought. I did't like this color very well.

laser cutter

I used Speedy300 produced by trotec to do the assignment of laser cutter. It is cool design and it is easy to control because the GUI is good.

I tried to make construction kit with two kinds of parts. one is a round part and other is a flexible part.I used them and I construct my leg. First, I measured the length from thigh to knee and from knee to ankle.
This is a parametoric command in Fusion 360. I made parametoric design in Fusion 360.

After modeling, I exported DXF as same as the vinyl cutter, then I added flexible part to some patterns of mesh in Adobe Illustrator.

power:23, speed:0.5, freq:1000 hz (burned → power:50 speed:1 freq:1000 hz)
cardboard burn easily. The smell is bad. we have to be careful when cut cardboard. I think burnig was related direction of mesh.
