How to do dissemination

The only way to do a good dissemination is to use social media. So this is my plan:
- Create a web page, with all kind of details about the FITNESS ANGEL. (web responsive with mobile version).
- Design a estrategy for the DIY health platform. Try to get into any of them (bitalino, e-health sensor platform, etc).
- Use RSS, twitter, facebook, google plus, pump.io, gnusocial, and so on.
